Upon a successful prescription being Prescribed and Emailed to our dedicated Pharmacy, and once we have received confirmation of a successful payment, your Medication shall be dispatched by the Pharmacy. Along the journey you will be kept informed as to the date your Medication shall arrive, an order number shall be provided so that you can track whereabouts of your Medication and the address your Medication shall be delivered to. You shall receive either an Email/ WhatsApp or SMS with all the relevant details of your order and your shipping address.

How to Track Your Shipment:

A tracking number shall be provided to you by either Email / WhatsApp or SMS. This shall be unique to your Medication Order and only you shall be able to Track the whereabouts and progress of your shipment. This will enable you to log onto the Courier site (a link shall be provided). To simply follow the whereabouts of your order simply enter the Tracking Number and Track where your shipment is. Its as simple as that. Alternatively if you have any concerns or issues, please do not hesitate to contact customer services and we shall be able to assist further.
