What is Malaria?

Malaria is an infectious disease that is spread to Humans via Mosquito bites. Malaria is transmitted by being bit by an infected mosquito and this largely occurs in Tropical areas of the world.

What Causes Malaria?

Malaria is caused by Plasmodium parasites that multiply in red blood cells. When the mosquito feeds on humans, the transmission occurs.

  • Severity of Infection.
  • If the individual has any allergies
Malaria cannot be spread from person to person like a common cold or flu can.
